our little monster

Friday, October 29
After some debate and discussion, I decided to have Miller dress up like a little monster for Halloween. I had seen a cute monster costume online that my mom thought she could replicate. On Friday, Miller and I went to Bartlesville to "help" my mom work on the costume. We mostly just kept her company while she worked on the costume.

The finished product! My mom did an AMAZING job! Miller is so lucky!!

On Friday evening, Colby, Miller, and I went to some friend's house for a Halloween party. We were a little late, but we enjoyed getting to see everyone all dressed up in their costumes! Miller slept through the party, but all the other kids had a great time! They had a haunted forrest, a haunted "upstairs" and there was even a haunted house across the street. There was also lots of great food! What a fun time!

Colby had to work on Saturday, so my parents and I took Miller to the Brookside Boo Haha. It was fun, but very, very crowded! I had planned to enter Miller in the costume contest, but we didn't get there in time. Oh well, maybe next year. They also had trick-or-treating and a parade.

Before Boo Haha.

At Leons, where we ate lunch.

After church, we took Miller to the "Downtown Hoedown" at Boston Avenue.

Miller with his friend, Sutton, the giraffe. So cute! Miller is asleep again! He slept through most of the "Hoedown".

Halloween night

Our happy monster!

Love those smiles! They are hard to catch on camera, though!

Miller with the pumpkins. He helped us hand out candy to trick-or-treaters. One little trick-or-treater said, "Where did you get him?" So funny!

What a fun Halloween weekend with the most precious little green monster! Thanks Grandma Paula for the awesome costume! I don't know how we will top that next year!
